Make a Political Contribution All education decisions are political decisions
made by elected officials and their appointees. Therefore, in the interest
of improving public education Taxpayers in Support of Public Education
(TISPE) is established as a political action committee in accordance
with the laws of Missouri. Contributions to TISPE are not tax deductible
as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions
will be used in concerted bipartisan efforts to elect pro-education
candidates in statewide and state legislative elections. State statute
requires continuing committees to report the name, mailing address,
occupation and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate
in excess of $100 in a calendar year. TISPE is not a federal PAC; therefore, no
contributions or expenditures will be made for or on behalf of federal
candidates. |
